Accomplishments

  • 93% of the 2014 graduates are attending college in an agriculture or natural resources related field.

  • BACC FFA has had numerous valedictorians from the program.

  • There are over 300 different career opportunities within the agriculture and natural resources pathway most of which are not on the farm.

  • BACC offers students real life experiences in many different career choices so students can see what career opportunities are out there.

  • Participating in the BACC Ag Class could lead to careers in Natural Resources, Greenhouse and Landscaping, as well as Biology and Chemistry.

  • Over 100 past graduates of the BACC Environmental & Agriculture Program own businesses in Branch County.

  • BACC FFA membership equals about 12% of the BACC total enrollment.

  • BACC has had 5 students that have traveled oversees through the FFA while still in high school, including travel to Europe and Australia.
